Essential Oils for Everyday Life
(Humans & Pets)

I like simple, especially when it comes to pets and everyday wellness. One of the tools I use and offer through our pet sitting and my dog training work is doTERRA® essential oils. It can be used for both pets and their people. Nothing fancy or extreme, just high-quality oils used thoughtfully in real life.
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that people have been using for YEARS to support their everyday life. Essential oils are not meant to "fix/cure" anything. People use essential oils to help with mood support, relaxation, feel more focused, general wellness, or simply make their house smell nice without a bunch of chemicals or synthetic ingredients... I choose doTERRA because they're consistent, well-tested, and easy to learn how to use. I know what's in the bottle, and that matters to me, especially around animals. I know what I'm getting, and I feel comfortable sharing them with others because I personally use them myself and have seen remarkable results!!
Using Essential Oils Around Pets is where you have to use caution. Pets (especially dogs) since they have amazing, powerful noses, so oils need to be used lightly. When used the right way, certain oils can help create a calmer environment, especially during things like: *Thunderstorms *Fireworks *New routines or transitions *Training sessions that need a relaxed atmosphere. Non-Negotiables: *always dilute *never force *Light diffusing in open spaces *When in doubt, use less—or none at all.
Now this is never meant to replace medical advice or veterinary care, etc. Essential oils are just an optional, supportive tool that can be a nice little added bonus if used correctly. If you're curious about oils, want help choosing something, or just have questions about using them around your pet(s), or just for yourself feel free to ask. I'm always happy to help!!
